Sunday 12th January and Margaret finally came good (weatherwise) with this interesting walk. We travelled down to junction 30 of the M1 and started our walk from the car park of the fabulous visitor centre at Creswell Crags an Ice Age limestone gorge.. Plenty of mud today but no rain (Margaret's speciality) and a nice level walk with plenty of historical interest on the way. At the end the group split into those who wanted to see the prehistoric caves and those who wanted to see the tea and buns in the café! Thank you Margaret - a good one!
